By downloading or using Adivina y Aprende (the “App”), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is intended for children to use with the guidance of a responsible adult.

1. License to use

Coreware Solutions grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment and learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the App.

2. Use by minors

The App is directed to children. The adult in charge is responsible for supervising its use, including the watching of optional ads, and for setting up parental controls on the device and store.

3. Coins and virtual items

The App includes coins and virtual items (Slime colors, emotions and upgrades) earned by playing or watching rewarded ads. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4. Advertising

The App is funded with non-personalized ads shown through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites or apps an ad may link to.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the App — characters, illustrations, text, sounds and code — belongs to Coreware Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Warranties and liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Coreware Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
