Privacy Policy

At Coreware Solutions we take privacy very seriously, especially children's privacy. Adivina y Aprende (the “App”) is designed for the whole family, and this policy explains, in plain language, what data is used and what is not.

In short: the App requires no sign-up, collects no personal data from the child, and works mostly offline. The only transfer to third parties happens to show non-personalized ads through Google AdMob.

1. Information we do NOT collect

We do not ask for real name, email, phone number or location.
There are no accounts and no sign-in.
We do not use behavioral advertising or build profiles of the child.

2. Information stored on the device

Game progress (levels, stars, coins, Slime customization, language and streak) is stored locally on the device. It is not sent to our servers and we cannot see it. It is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. We have configured it as child-directed, so that:

Ads are non-personalized (no interest-based tracking).
Ad content is limited to the “General audiences” (G) rating.
Rewarded ads are optional: the child chooses to watch them.

To prevent fraud and serve ads, Google may process device identifiers. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com.

4. Compliance with children's laws

We operate in line with COPPA (USA), the GDPR and GDPR-K (European Union), and the Google Play and Apple families policies. Because we do not collect personal data from minors, verifiable consent is not required for basic use.

5. Purchases and coins

In-game coins are earned by playing or watching rewarded ads; they are virtual, have no real value and cannot be exchanged for money.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its update date.
